Austar International Group provided the funding for the purchase of Level 9, 416-420 Collins Street, Melbourne in 1999. The office floor is on top of Singapore Airline House, boasting a prime location in Financial Precinct of Melbourne. Major renovation was involved to turn an ordinary floor to an art-deco functional business center, catering for the needs of small business to kick off and grow.
2. Yarra River Property Development
The project is close to Yarra River in Templestow Lower and focus on the demand of retirement market. Along with the property market growth around the Yarra River bank, the property price will sure to rise to another high.
