Austar Property Developments Pty Ltd was established in 1998 to explore the property market in Australia, assisting the growth of other sectors in our business. Up to now, the company has been involved in many property development projects, with the highlights as:

1.Austar Business Centre

Austar Group provided the funding for the purchase of Level 9, 416 Collins Street, Melbourne in 1999. The office floor is on top of Singapore Airline House, boasting a prime location in Financial Precinct of Melbourne. Major renovation was involved to turn an ordinary floor to an art-deco functional business center catered for the needs of small business to kick off and grow.

Austar Business Center is not hosting tenants of small companies in the industry of Financial Services, Legal and Consulting services and some trade companies. Being in the building of Singapore Airline has placed the Center in a unique position to promote Asian-Australian economical and cultural exchanges.

2.Austar Logistic Centre

Austar Logistic Service Centre was set up to serve the need of local international trade companies, especially those with Asian background. The center provides integrated services to cover custom clearance, transportation arrangement, storage and distribution, leaving our clients to enjoy their peace of mind to focus on other business issues.

3.Austar Student Home

Our student homes are there for overseas student to feel warm, safe and belong. We own and manage 8 student homes in all convenient locations around Melbourne, providing easy access to all major universities and high schools.

Austar Property Development also has our own construction/renovation team. Our team provides continuous quality work for our development projects. They also provide commercial services to other clients.
